Hundreds of studies on diet, physical activity and weight made by the World Cancer Research Fund and American Institute for Cancer Research reveals benefits of healthy eating, based in particular on products of plant origin. Fruits and vegetables low in fat and calories and rich in phytonutrients and antioxidants help the body fight cancer.
